Public website and demonstrations
The site currently provides product information, educational tools and fictional-data demonstrations. It does not currently provide direct IRS transcript retrieval or create an attorney-client, CPA-client or tax-advisory relationship.
No professional advice
Educational content, calculators and automated checks are general information. Users remain responsible for professional judgment, current IRS requirements, taxpayer authorization and all filings or representations.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, scrape protected areas, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or upload taxpayer information where the site does not expressly permit it.
Founding pricing
Displayed founding prices are planning prices, not a binding offer, and may change before billing begins. No paid subscription is created unless the user later accepts production subscription terms and payment authorization.
Intellectual property
Transcript Karma branding, original site content, software design and related materials are owned by Accounting Karma or its licensors. Government forms and IRS materials remain subject to their respective rights and rules.
Disclaimers and limitation
The public site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for decisions based solely on demonstrations or educational estimates.
